As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering outstanding customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about our products and services.

Handle incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Proficient in English; bilingual is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Ability to use or quickly learn RingCentral communications technology.
