Role Summary

As a Creative Strategist, you will be the engine behind our ad performance. Your primary focus is leading the creative process to produce high-converting video and image ads that drive measurable results.

You must have a deep understanding of Direct Response (DR) principles. Your goal is to create content that stops the scroll and converts, moving beyond "pretty" visuals to focus on what actually scales. You will work closely with the Media Buying and Growth teams to turn data and performance metrics into winning visual concepts.

Role Summary

You must have a deep understanding of Direct Response (DR) principles.   • Rapidly develop creative strategies for different product launches in various niches (skincare, supplements, etc.).

  • Write and refine scripts, hooks, and headlines based on proven DR frameworks 

  • Manage the output of 50+ new creative iterations per week.

  • Analyze KPIs to refine creative strategies in real-time.

  • Portfolio: A proven track record of winning ads that spent $500k+ profitably.

  • Leadership: Experience managing creative teams in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Requirements (Must-Have)

  • Proven DR Background: Extensive experience in Direct Response marketing for e-commerce.

  • High-Volume Output: Experience managing a pipeline that produces dozens of creatives weekly.

  • Portfolio: A proven track record of winning ads that spent $500k+ profitably.

  • Leadership: Experience managing creative teams in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience in the US market (specifically 40+ female audience).

  • DTC Experience, Ideally in skincare, health, or wellness niches.

  • Background in copywriting or scriptwriting for high-converting VSLs.

  • Deep hands on AI experience.
