Role Overview:
As a CRO Designer, you will own everything that happens after the click. Your primary focus is designing and testing high-converting Shopify experiences advertorials, landing pages, product pages, upsell flows that turn our media spend into profit.
You must have a deep understanding of Direct Response (DR) principles. We are not looking for someone who falls in love with a design; we are looking for someone who is right. You will work closely with the Creative Strategy, Media Buying and Growth teams to make sure the promise made in the ad survives the click and converts.
Role Overview:
As a CRO Designer, you will own everything that happens after the click. Your primary focus is designing and testing high-converting Shopify experiences advertorials, landing pages, product pages, upsell flows that turn our media spend into profit.
You must have a deep understanding of Direct Response (DR) principles. We are not looking for someone who falls in love with a design; we are looking for someone who is right. Deep Shopify: Themes, page builders (GemPages or similar), and the app ecosystem.
Paid Traffic Fluency: You've designed specifically for Meta traffic and know why it behaves differently from organic.
Tooling: Fluent in Figma; comfortable enough in HTML/CSS (and Liquid) to brief a developer without a translator.
Analytical Rigor: You can discuss sample size and significance without hand-waving.
English: Solid written and spoken English, with meaningful CET overlap.
Requirements:

Funnel building platform knowledge (Checkoutchamp, funnelish etc.) +
Deep hands-on AI experience.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
