Role Summary
As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for scaling our brands by leading growth strategy across paid media, creative production, funnel optimization, and customer acquisition. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you must be able to rapidly launch and scale profitable products from scratch with a focus on immediate, Day 1 ROI.
You’ll oversee and empower key departments Media Buying, Creative Production, Email Marketing, and Funnel Optimization to drive measurable results.
Depending on background and performance, this role may evolve into CMO.
Role Summary
As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for scaling our brands by leading growth strategy across paid media, creative production, funnel optimization, and customer acquisition. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you must be able to rapidly launch and scale profitable products from scratch with a focus on immediate, Day 1 ROI.

Lead paid acquisition & creative testing
Oversee all operations for Media Buying, Creative, CRO and Email Marketing departments.
Apply DR principles to maximize ROAS and LTV in both physical products and digital/info products.
Track performance, analyze data, and implement improvements in real time.

Meta ads experience with min $1M+/month spend, ideally $2M+.
Experience overseeing cross-functional growth teams (Media Buying, Creative, Funnel/CRO, Email).
E-commerce (DTC preferred) or Info/digital product experience.
Requirements (Must-Have)
