Role Summary

As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for scaling our brands by leading growth strategy across paid media, creative production, funnel optimization, and customer acquisition. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you must be able to build funnels that convert at scale, launch new products from scratch and manage multi-million dollar ad budgets.

You’ll oversee and empower key departments Media Buying, Creative Production, Email Marketing, and Funnel Optimization to drive measurable results.

Depending on background and performance, this role may evolve into CMO.

Role Summary

As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for scaling our brands by leading growth strategy across paid media, creative production, funnel optimization, and customer acquisition. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you must be able to build funnels that convert at scale, launch new products from scratch and manage multi-million dollar ad budgets.

  • Track performance, analyze data, and implement improvements in real time.

  • Deep funnel building & CRO expertise (Checkout Champ or Funnelish preferred).

  • Meta ads experience with min $1M+/month spend, ideally $2M+.

  • History of 50+ creatives tested per week with structured testing frameworks.

  • Proven ability to launch new product funnels from scratch and scale them.

  • Experience managing cross-functional growth teams (Media Buying, Creative, Funnel/CRO, Email).

  • E-commerce (DTC preferred) or Info/digital product experience.
