Role Overview:

As an Operations Manager, your primary goal will be to optimize and streamline business operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and employee performance across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily business operations to ensure smooth execution

  • Work closely with various departments to ensure that all aspects of the business are aligned and functioning efficiently

  • Develop and enhance operational systems, processes, and best practices.

  • Oversee the performance of teams and individuals

Work Structure:

  • Full-time: Preferred 36 hours per week. ( 150-160 hours per month)

  • Transition from Part-time to Full-time: Start with at least 20 hours per week, aiming to transition to full-time based on performance within 3-12 months.

  • Part-time: 20 hours per week, though full-time is preferred.


Commitment to deadlines is required

Work Structure:

  • Fluent in English and possesses excellent communication skills.

  • Prior work in operations management.

  • Knowledge of process redesign and lean management to enhance efficiency.

  • Ability to manage several projects effectively and meet deadlines.

  • Strong ability to analyze and improve operations, solving problems efficiently.

  • Capable of leading and inspiring teams, with strong communication skills.

  • Prior relevant work experience (this role is not suitable for interns or complete beginners)
