Role Summary:

  • As Performance Marketing Lead, your primary mission is to systematize, automate, and scale our high-budget Meta Ads operations, which account for over 90% of our total marketing spend.

  • You will be responsible for the performance of our existing brands while leading the media buying execution for new product launches.

  • You must be a "player-coach" deeply technical and capable of personally managing high-scale Meta accounts and executing the media buying strategy for new launches, while overseeing the broader performance team to ensure KPI alignment.

Role Summary:

  • Launch Execution: Lead the media buying side of new product launches managing the transition from initial testing to aggressive scaling.

  • High-Level Media Buying: Personally manage and scale Meta ad accounts with monthly budgets exceeding $1M

  • Team Oversight: Oversee the Media Buying team and ensure performance consistency across all brand accounts and channels.

  • Performance Analysis: Track real-time data, manage attribution, and optimize for Day 1 profitability.

  • Operational Excellence: Audit accounts regularly to identify inefficiencies and implement structural improvements to the marketing funnel.
