Role Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary goal will be to identify and attract the right candidates for our open positions, thereby enhancing our brand's visibility and building strong industry relationships through strategic outreach.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary goal will be to identify and attract the right candidates for our open positions, thereby enhancing our brand's visibility and building strong industry relationships through strategic outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finding the right candidates for open positions.

  • Handling communication from first contact to scheduling interviews.

  • Contacting influencers for campaigns and managing those communications.

  • Collaborating with different teams to coordinate promotions and campaigns.

Work Structure:

  • Full-time: Preferred 36 hours per week. ( 150-160 hours per month)

  • Transition from Part-time to Full-time: Start with at least 20 hours per week, aiming to transition to full-time based on performance within 3-12 months.

  • Part-time: 20 hours per week, though full-time is preferred.


Commitment to deadlines is required

Work Structure:

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and possesses excellent communication skills.

  • Experienced in talent acquisition or lead generation.

  • Proficient in planning and analyzing outreach strategies.

  • Excellent at networking and building professional relationships.

  • Prior relevant work experience (this role is not suitable for interns or complete beginners)
